Under Swiss law, food supplements are foodstuffs in every respect, intended to supplement the daily diet. They are a concentrated source of nutrients.

All our supplements are subject to the FDHA (Federal Department of Home Affairs) Ordinance on Food Supplements, which regulates the quality and quantity of the substances in the formulations.

We also hold HACCP certification, which sets rules on hygiene and safety (receipt of goods, storage, preparation, sale, microbiological tests, etc.). To further ensure the safety of our supplements, we work with an external consultancy, “Swiss Quality Testing & Consulting”, which checks each of our supplements (formulations, containers, labels, laboratory analyses, etc.) before it goes on sale.

You have up to 8 days from delivery to report the damage at your nearest post office. Bring the parcel and its contents with you, so that the post office can assess the damage and draw up a report to check whether you are entitled to compensation.

We have already taken concrete steps in this direction: we have replaced all our online shipping materials with recyclable alternatives, including boxes, tape, packing material, brochures and bags; our company fleet is 100% electric; and we no longer use conventional plastic jars for our supplements, choosing instead jars made from bioplastic derived 100% from plant sources. All our packaging is fully recyclable or can be reused to store other foods, a sign of our concrete commitment to a more sustainable, environmentally friendly future.
