You should know that according to Swiss legislation, food supplements are in all respects foodstuffs, intended to supplement daily nutrition. They constitute a concentrated source of nutrients.

All our supplements are subject to the ordinance of the FDHA (Federal Department of the Interior) on food supplements, which regulates the quality and quantity of the substances present in the formulations.

We also have HACCP certification which establishes rules on hygiene and safety standards (reception, storage, preparation, sale, microbiological tests, etc.). To further guarantee the safety of our supplements, we collaborate with an external consultancy firm “Swiss Quality Testing & Consulting” which examines each of our supplements (formulations, containers, labels, laboratory analysis, etc.) before marketing.

You have up to 8 days from delivery to report the damage to the nearest Post Office branch. Bring the package with its contents with you, to allow the post office to assess the damage and draw up the appropriate report, in order to verify any right to compensation for damages.
