Although the Products on this Website are presented with the highest level of accuracy technically possible, representation on this Website by any means (including, where applicable, graphical material, images, colors, and sounds) is for reference only and does not imply any guarantee regarding the characteristics of the purchased Product.
The characteristics of the selected Product will be outlined during the purchase process.
Purchase Procedure
Every step, from choosing a Product to submitting the order, is part of the purchase procedure.
The purchase process includes the following steps:
- By clicking the checkout button, Users access Stripe’s checkout area, where they are prompted to provide their contact details and select a payment method of their choice.
- After providing all required information, Users are asked to carefully review the order and confirm it by using the appropriate button or mechanism on this Website, thereby accepting these Terms and committing to pay the agreed-upon price.
Order Submission
Submitting the order entails the following:
- The User's submission of the order constitutes the conclusion of the contract and gives rise to the obligation for the User to pay the price, taxes, and any additional charges and expenses as specified on the order page.
- If the purchased Product requires an action by the User, such as the provision of information, personal data, specifications, or special requests, submitting the order also constitutes the obligation for the User to cooperate accordingly.
- Once the order is submitted, Users will receive a confirmation receipt.
All notifications related to the purchase process described above will be sent to the email address provided by the User for this purpose.
Pricing
During the purchase process and before the order is submitted, Users are informed of all fees, taxes, and costs (including any shipping charges) that will be charged.
Prices on this Website:
- Include all applicable fees, taxes, and costs or are shown net of applicable fees, taxes, and costs, depending on the section the User is viewing.
Promotions and Discounts
The Owner may offer discounts or special promotions for the purchase of Products. Such promotions or discounts are always subject to the requirements and terms and conditions outlined in the relevant section of this Website.
Promotions and offers are granted at the Owner's sole discretion.
Repeated or recurring promotions or discounts do not create any claim or right enforceable by Users in the future.
Promotions or discounts may be valid for a specific period or while supplies last. Unless otherwise stated, the time limitations for promotions and discounts refer to the time zone of the Owner’s headquarters, as indicated in this document.
Vouchers
Promotions and discounts may be offered in the form of Vouchers.
In the event of any violation of the applicable conditions for Vouchers, the Owner may legitimately refuse to fulfill its contractual obligations and expressly reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to protect its rights and interests.
Additional or differing provisions applicable to the use of Vouchers outlined on the relevant information page or Voucher itself prevail over the following clauses.

- Users are not entitled to any credit/refund/compensation if there is a difference between the Voucher’s value and the value redeemed.
- The Voucher is intended for non-commercial use only. Reproduction, counterfeiting, and commercialization of the Voucher are strictly prohibited, as are any illicit activities connected to the purchase and/or use of the Voucher.
Payment Methods
The details regarding accepted payment methods are highlighted during the purchase process.
Some payment methods are subject to additional conditions or carry additional costs. Detailed information is provided in the relevant section of this Website.
All payments are independently processed by third-party services. Therefore, this Website does not collect payment data—such as credit card numbers—but receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed. For more information on the handling of personal data and the rights related to it, Users can refer to this Website’s privacy policy.
If payment using the available methods fails or is declined by the payment service provider, the Owner is under no obligation to fulfill the order. If payment is unsuccessful, the Owner reserves the right to request reimbursement from the User for any costs or damages incurred.
Authorization for Future Payments via PayPal
If the User authorizes the PayPal feature that enables future purchases, this Website will store an identification code associated with the User's PayPal account. This allows this Website to process future payments automatically or to pay periodic installments for a past purchase.
The authorization can be revoked at any time by contacting the Owner or modifying the User's personal settings on PayPal.
Retention of Ownership
Until the Owner receives the full payment of the purchase price, the User does not acquire ownership of the ordered Products.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the User and according to the methods specified in the order summary.
Upon delivery, Users are required to verify the contents of the package and report any anomalies promptly to the contact details provided in this document or as described in the delivery note. Users may refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged.
Delivery is available in the following countries or territories: Switzerland.
Delivery times are specified on this Website or during the purchase process.
Failure to Deliver
The Owner is not liable for any delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or omissions committed by the User in completing the purchase order, nor for any damages or delays after the delivery to a carrier not proposed or approved by the Owner.
If the goods are not delivered or picked up at the scheduled time or within the specified term, they will be returned to the Owner, who will contact the User to arrange a second delivery attempt or further measures.
Unless otherwise specified, any subsequent delivery attempt beyond the first will be at the User's expense.
USER RIGHTS
Right of Withdrawal
Unless an exception applies, the User may be entitled to withdraw from the contract within the specified period (typically 14 days) for any reason and without justification. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in this section.
Eligibility for the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal allows European Consumers to withdraw from contracts concluded remotely (as the User cannot see or try the Product before concluding the contract). Withdrawing from the contract releases the parties from their obligations to perform it.
On this Website, the right of withdrawal applies to all Users, subject to any more specific rights available to them under applicable law and/or this document.
Unless one of the exceptions mentioned below applies, Consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contract within the period specified below without providing any reason. The User will only be liable to the Seller for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send the Owner an unequivocal communication of their intention to withdraw from the contract.
For this purpose, the User may use the withdrawal form template available in the definitions section of this document. However, the User is free to express their intention to withdraw from the contract in any suitable way. To comply with the withdrawal period, the User must send the withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.
When Does the Withdrawal Period Expire?
- For the purchase of goods: The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the User or a third party—other than the carrier and designated by the User—takes possession of the goods.
- For the purchase of multiple goods ordered together but delivered separately: The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the User or a third party—other than the carrier and designated by the User—takes possession of the last of the goods, lots, or pieces.
Effects of Withdrawal
The Owner will reimburse all payments received from Users, including, if applicable, those related to delivery costs, to Users who have exercised their right of withdrawal correctly.
However, any additional costs resulting from the choice of a specific delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by the Owner will remain at the User's expense.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day the Owner is informed of the User's decision to withdraw from the contract. Unless otherwise agreed with the User, the reimbursement will be carried out using the same payment method employed for the initial transaction. The User will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
For Contracts Involving Tangible Goods
Unless the Owner has offered to collect the goods, the User is required to return them to the Owner or another person authorized by the Owner to receive them without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract.
The deadline is met if the goods are handed over to the courier or another authorized person before the expiration of the 14-day period described above. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or until the User provides proof of having returned them.
The User is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return shipping costs are borne by the User.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal from contracts:
- For the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to the User, including liability for breach of a non-excludable right and any other liability not otherwise excluded under these Terms and Conditions, is limited, at the Owner's discretion, to a new supply of services or payment of the cost of resupplying the services.
