Taking care of your bones
Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones; vitamins D and K contribute to the same function. Vitamin D also contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. These nutrients are brought together in Immuncare.
How to use
Three moments in the day, one dose for each product.
In the morning · Powerday Orange
Dissolve 1 scoop (9 g) in at least 1 litre of water and drink it during the morning.
After dinner · Immuncare
Take 1 capsule with a glass of water.
Before bed · Nightrelax
Take 2 capsules with plenty of water.
The kit covers at least 30 days with all three products. Powerday lasts 33 days, Immuncare 60 and Nightrelax 30: you can reorder whichever runs out first separately.

Powerday Orange: Recommended daily dose: dissolve the contents of 1 scoop (equal to 9 g of product) in at least 1 litre of water and take during the morning.
Immuncare: Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule a day, after dinner. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
Nightrelax: It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with plenty of water before going to bed. Contains magnesium, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, riboflavin and cyanocobalamin, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Contains thiamine and biotin, which contribute to normal psychological function.

Powerday Orange: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat and light. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. The best-before date refers to the correctly stored product in its intact packaging. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is advisable to seek medical advice regarding potassium intake. Taking certain medicines at the same time may in turn interfere with potassium retention in the body. Not recommended for children. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

Formula and quality
Powerday Orange: potassium as a micronised powder
One 9 g scoop provides 1729 mg of potassium. The micronised potassium bicarbonate dissolves in water, with natural orange flavouring and xylitol as a sweetener.
Immuncare: D3, K2, Q10 and four minerals
Calcium, zinc, copper and selenium accompany vitamins D3 and K2. Zinc and copper are present as gluconates, selenium as selenomethionine. Coenzyme Q10 is obtained by plant fermentation: 50 mg per capsule.
Nightrelax: sucrosomial magnesium and food matrix
The marine magnesium is carried in a structure made of rice starch, sucrose esters and sunflower lecithin. The formula includes eight B vitamins, a plant-based food matrix and standardised extracts of saffron and hawthorn.
Two capsules provide 131.8 mg of magnesium and 50% of the nutrient reference value for each B vitamin.

Shipping
Delivery usually takes 24–48 hours, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you confirm your purchase.
Returns
You can notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. The return must be made within 14 days of that notice, with the product intact, in its original packaging and with the seal unbroken. Return costs are at your expense.
Once the seal has been opened, the product cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind. For a faulty or non-conforming product, contact customer service: the relevant consumer protections apply.

What do I get with Day-Up?

How much do I save compared with the individual products?
Day-Up costs CHF 72.00. Bought separately, the three packs cost CHF 29.00 each, for a total of CHF 87.00: with the kit you save CHF 15.00.
How long does the kit last?
At the recommended doses, Powerday lasts 33 days, Immuncare 60 and Nightrelax 30. So you have at least 30 days of all three products, with some Powerday and Immuncare still left over.

Do I have to take them all at the same time?
No. Powerday is taken during the morning, by dissolving one 9 g scoop in at least one litre of water. Immuncare is taken after dinner, one capsule. Nightrelax before going to bed, two capsules with plenty of water.
Does it include Powerday Orange or Neutral?
The kit contains Powerday Orange: micronised potassium bicarbonate with natural orange flavouring and xylitol. The 300 g jar includes the scoop.
Does Nightrelax contain melatonin?
No. It contains sucrosomial marine magnesium, eight B vitamins, saffron and hawthorn. The recommended time to take it is before going to bed.
Do the nutrients have other benefits too?
Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism and to normal metabolism of fatty acids, while selenium contributes to normal thyroid function. These are functions of the individual nutrients in the kit.
Can I reorder just one product?
Yes. When a pack runs out, you can buy Powerday Orange, Immuncare or Nightrelax separately, without buying the whole kit again.
Is it suitable for a vegan diet?
Yes, all three products are vegan. The Immuncare and Nightrelax capsules are made of HPMC, a plant-based material free from animal gelatine.
I take medicines: what do I need to know?
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Powerday provides potassium, the retention of which can be affected by certain medicines. Immuncare contains vitamin K2: anyone taking anticoagulants must consult their doctor before using it.
If you already take other supplements with the same nutrients, also check your total intake. Do not change prescribed treatments on your own.
Is it suitable during pregnancy or for children?
