Each capsule provides 400 mg of pure phosphatidylserine, obtained from non-GMO soya. It is a phospholipid found naturally in cell membranes, particularly those of nerve cells, where it is involved in the structure, fluidity and functionality of the membrane.
One capsule provides 5 mg of zinc, together with calcium, copper, selenium, vitamins D3 and K2 and 50 mg of coenzyme Q10 from plant fermentation. Zinc and copper are present as gluconates, selenium as selenomethionine.
The marine magnesium is carried in a structure based on rice starch, sucrose esters and sunflower lecithin. The formula includes eight B vitamins, a plant-based food matrix and standardised extracts of saffron and hawthorn.
Two capsules provide 131.8 mg of magnesium and 50% of the nutrient reference value for each B vitamin, including 3 mg of B5.

All three products are vegan and have HPMC capsules, without animal gelatine. Serenday contains phosphatidylserine from soya: it is not suitable for people who are allergic to soya.
