How to use
1 capsule a day, after dinner.
Take the capsule with a glass of water after your evening meal. Vitamins D3 and K2 are fat-soluble: taking them with a meal that contains fat aids their absorption.

If you take anticoagulant medicines, consult your doctor before starting: each capsule contains 75 µg of vitamin K2.

Warnings and storage
Patients taking anticoagulants must consult their doctor before taking vitamin K-based preparations. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of heat and light. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. The best-before date refers to the product in its intact, correctly stored packaging. It is recommended not to use the product after the best-before date.
The product is intended for adults. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for use in children, take only on medical advice. If you have a medical condition, including thyroid conditions, or are taking medication, consult your doctor before use. Before combining it with other supplements containing vitamin D, calcium, zinc or selenium, consider your total daily intake.
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, away from sunlight, light and heat. Close the container tightly. Do not use after the best-before date, which refers to the correctly stored product in its intact packaging.
Formula and quality
Vitamins D3 and K2 together with calcium
The formula combines 10 µg of vitamin D3, 75 µg of vitamin K2 and 200 mg of calcium per capsule. D3 is present as cholecalciferol, K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7). These nutrients are involved in the maintenance of bones, with distinct roles.
Zinc, copper and selenium in organic form
Zinc and copper are present as gluconates, selenium as selenomethionine. ‘Organic form’ describes the bond between the mineral and an organic molecule. Calcium, on the other hand, is present as carbonate.
Q10 from plant fermentation
Each capsule provides 50 mg of coenzyme Q10 obtained by plant fermentation. It is present in the ubiquinone form, also called ubidecarenone: a molecule found naturally in cell membranes.
Vegetable capsule, without animal gelatine
The shell is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC). Immuncare is 100% vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and GMO-free. It contains no colourings or added flavourings.

Delivery usually takes 24–48 hours, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you confirm your purchase.
Returns
You can notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. The return must be made within 14 days of that notice, with the product intact, in its original packaging and with the seal unbroken. Return costs are at your expense.
Once the seal has been opened, the product cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind. For a faulty or non-conforming product, contact customer service: the relevant consumer protections apply.

Why D3, K2 and calcium in the same formula?
Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to its normal absorption and utilisation, while both vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
One capsule provides 200 mg of calcium, 10 µg of D3 and 75 µg of K2, in the MK-7 form.
How much vitamin D does it contain?
Each capsule contains 10 µg of vitamin D3, equal to 200% of the nutrient reference value stated on the label. This percentage is a reference for reading the composition; it does not measure your personal requirement.
If you already take vitamin D, including as drops or as a prescribed medicine, do not replace or stop it on your own: check the combination with your doctor or pharmacist.
Can I take it if I am on anticoagulants?
You must consult your doctor before taking Immuncare. Each capsule contains 75 µg of vitamin K2, which can interfere with vitamin K antagonist anticoagulants such as warfarin and acenocoumarol. Do not change your treatment on your own.
What is Q10 from plant fermentation?
Coenzyme Q10 is a molecule found naturally in cell membranes. In Immuncare it is obtained through plant fermentation and is present as ubiquinone, also called ubidecarenone.
One capsule provides 50 mg. Fermentation describes the process by which this raw material is obtained.
What does ‘minerals in organic form’ mean?
It means that the mineral is bound to an organic molecule: in Immuncare, zinc and copper are bound to gluconate and selenium to methionine. The term refers to the chemical form, not to an organic farming certification.
Calcium has a different form: calcium carbonate.
Do the nutrients have other functions too?
Yes. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function, selenium to normal thyroid function and copper to normal iron transport in the body. Calcium is also needed for the maintenance of normal teeth.
Calcium and vitamin K also contribute to normal blood clotting. The presence of vitamin K calls for caution if you take anticoagulants.
When should I take it?
One capsule a day after dinner, with a glass of water. Taking it with a meal suits the fat-soluble vitamins D3 and K2. Do not exceed the indicated dose.
Can I combine it with other supplements?
Before combining it with products containing vitamin D, calcium, zinc or selenium, check your total intake with your doctor or pharmacist. These nutrients are already present in the daily dose of Immuncare.
