Getting energy from nutrients
Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 in Bioamin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism: the set of processes by which the body obtains energy from what you eat.
Protein and amino acids in your diet
Bioamin provides all nine essential amino acids, plus tyrosine. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, while folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.
Marine collagen, hyaluronic acid and biotin
Lumenday combines hydrolysed marine collagen and hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a component of the skin that can bind and retain water. The biotin in Bioamin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and normal hair.
Immune defences in your daily routine
Vitamins B6 and B12 and the folate in Bioamin contribute to the normal function of the immune system. The kit also includes Reishi, with Ganoderma lucidum extract standardised to 40% polysaccharides.
How to use
A specific dose for each pack, every day.
Bioamin · 5 tablets a day
Take them with plenty of water. One pack of 200 tablets lasts 40 days.
Reishi · 2 capsules a day
Take them with plenty of water, preferably away from meals. One pack of 60 capsules lasts 30 days.
Lumenday · 1–2 capsules a day
Take them once a day with plenty of water, away from meals. The pack lasts 30 days with 2 capsules or 60 with 1 capsule.
The kit covers at least 30 days with all three products. The packs do not run out at the same time: you can reorder whichever runs out first separately.

Bioamin: It is recommended to take 5 tablets a day with plenty of water. BIOAMIN is a food supplement based on amino acids. It also contains niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, biotin and vitamin B12, which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and folate, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Reishi: Recommended daily dose: it is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with plenty of water.
Lumenday: Recommended daily dose: it is recommended to take 1-2 capsules once a day with plenty of water, away from meals.

Formula and quality
Bioamin: plant fermentation and food matrix
All nine essential amino acids, plus tyrosine, are obtained through plant fermentation without the use of solvents in the production process. Their proportions are set in relation to the other amino acids in the formula.
The eight B vitamins are associated with a food matrix obtained by fermentation. Five tablets provide 50% of the nutrient reference value for each B vitamin.
Reishi: extract standardised to 40%
Two capsules provide 800 mg of Ganoderma lucidum extract, standardised to 40% polysaccharides. Every batch undergoes independent testing for standardisation and contaminants, including heavy metals and mycotoxins.
Lumenday: collagen in small peptides
Enzymatic hydrolysis breaks marine collagen down into peptides with a typical molecular weight of about 2,000 daltons. The raw material is practically odourless and tasteless. Two capsules provide 550 mg of collagen and 60 mg of hyaluronic acid.

Delivery usually takes 24–48 hours, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you confirm your purchase.
Returns
You can notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. The return must be made within 14 days of that notice, with the product intact, in its original packaging and with the seal unbroken. Return costs are at your expense.
Once the seal has been opened, the product cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind. For a faulty or non-conforming product, contact customer service: the relevant consumer protections apply.

What do I get with Perform-Up?
Three full packs: Bioamin with 200 tablets, Reishi with 60 capsules and Lumenday with 60 capsules. They are the same products available individually, with the same formulas and directions for use.
How much do I save with the kit?
Perform-Up costs CHF 102.00. Bioamin costs CHF 59.00, Reishi CHF 29.00 and Lumenday CHF 29.00: bought separately, the total is CHF 117.00. With the kit you save CHF 15.00.
How long does the kit last?
Bioamin lasts 40 days; Reishi 30; Lumenday 30 days with 2 capsules a day, or 60 with 1 capsule. The kit therefore covers at least 30 days of taking all three products.
The cost of CHF 3.40 a day is calculated by dividing the price of the kit by these 30 days. It does not mean that all the packs run out at the same time.
Do I only need to take it when I train?
The labels specify a daily intake: 5 tablets of Bioamin, 2 capsules of Reishi and 1–2 capsules of Lumenday once a day. There is no need to link intake to a workout. Lumenday should be taken away from meals; for Reishi, Swiss Natural Med recommends the same timing where possible.
Why are there B vitamins too?
In Bioamin they accompany the amino acids with complementary functions. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, folate to normal amino acid synthesis and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Each daily dose provides 50% of the nutrient reference value for each of the eight B vitamins.
Can I reorder just one product?
Is the kit suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
No. Bioamin and Reishi are vegan, but Lumenday contains collagen of marine origin, derived from fish.
Does it contain allergens?
Lumenday contains fish. The kit is not suitable for people allergic to this food. If you are hypersensitive to mushrooms or other ingredients, read the full compositions and ask your doctor for advice.
I take medication: can I use the kit?
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use, especially if you take anticoagulants, immunosuppressants or blood pressure medicines. If you have a medical condition or before surgery, ask your doctor for advice. Do not change a prescribed treatment on your own.
