How to use
Dissolve the contents of 1 scoop (equal to 9 g of product) in at least 1 litre of water and take during the morning.

How to use

Powerday is a food supplement based on potassium bicarbonate that helps maintain a correct daily balance between sodium and potassium.
The micronised potassium bicarbonate in Powerday provides potassium. Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Potassium bicarbonate also occurs naturally and, thanks to its alkaline pH, supports a proper acid-base balance in our body.
The WHO (World Health Organization) also recommends increasing potassium intake and reducing sodium intake.
1 scoop a day, equal to 10 g of product (recommended daily dose), dissolved in plenty of water (500-100 ml), to drink during the morning and during sports activity.
